Hi. I want to talk about health.
I think it is important that we have a balanced meal in order to keep own good health.
But it is difficult for me, because I have just begun to live away from my parents.
So I must cook, but I’m not good at cooking. And when I cook, I make only favorite cooking.
Then nourishment is partial and it is bad for good health.
So I don’t have only meat and I try to have a lot of vegetables.
It is necessary to exercise to keep good health.
It is important that I exercise little by little everyday.
For example, run, bicycle, swim, or do other exercise is effectual method for keep own good health.
We must have a balanced meal and exercise for us health.
